Can I make changes to my order or delivery address?

We start processing your PetClaws order very quickly, so changes are only possible for a short time after placing it. If you need to update items or your delivery address, please contact customer service immediately.

Once the order has entered the packing or shipping stage, we may no longer be able to modify it. In that case, you can usually return unwanted items after delivery in line with our returns policy.
