1. Using our website

By browsing or placing an order on PetClaws Essentials, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to abuse or try to damage the website, our systems or other users. Product prices and availability may change at any time.

2. Orders & confirmation

When you place an order, you will see an order summary and receive a confirmation (for example by email or SMS/WhatsApp, depending on what we support). An order is only final once it has been confirmed by us and prepared for delivery.

3. Payment & pay on delivery

We currently support secure online payments and pay on delivery in selected areas. When you choose pay on delivery, you agree to:

• Be available at the agreed delivery address and time.
• Pay the full order amount and delivery fee to the rider.
• Check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if something is wrong.

4. Returns & cancellations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of pet food, treats, litter and similar items. Please read the product description carefully before you buy.

If we accidentally send the wrong item or a clearly damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to fix it.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the latest version.
