Where we deliver

We currently deliver to selected areas within Nigeria. Our main focus is urban locations and easily accessible routes.

As we grow, we will keep expanding our delivery zones. If you're not sure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Pay on delivery

PetClaws Essentials currently operates on a pay on delivery model for delivery fees.

• You pay for the product online when placing your order.
• The delivery fee is paid in cash or transfer directly to the rider when your order arrives.
• Please ensure you or someone you trust is available to receive the order and make payment at the delivery address.

Delivery times

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible:

• Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day.
• Delivery within major areas is typically 1–2 working days, depending on your location and rider availability.
• During busy seasons or bad weather, delivery may take a little longer.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. The rider or our support team will inform you of the delivery charge before your order is dispatched.

For very large or heavy items, there may be an extra handling fee. We always try to keep delivery fees as fair and transparent as possible.

When your order arrives

• Check the package in front of the rider before payment.
• Make sure the items match your order and are in good condition.
• If there is visible damage or a wrong item, please report it immediately to the rider and contact us while the rider is still present.
