Is a printed invoice included in my delivery?

For environmental reasons, PetClaws Essentials may not always include a printed invoice inside your parcel. Instead, you can view and download your invoice at any time from your PetClaws account under “My orders”.

If you checked out as a guest and need an invoice, please contact our customer service with your order number and we’ll be happy to email it to you.
