My loyalty points have expired – can I renew them?

Loyalty points at PetClaws Essentials are valid for a certain period. After they expire, they usually cannot be reactivated.

You can see the validity and expiry information for your points in your account. To avoid losing points, remember to redeem them in time when placing new orders.
