How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your parcel directly on the delivery partner’s website.

You can also log in to your PetClaws account and go to “My orders”. There you’ll see tracking information for each recent order as soon as it is available.
