When will my parcel be dispatched?

Most PetClaws orders are dispatched within a short time after payment has been confirmed. Estimated dispatch times are shown in your basket and in the order confirmation email.

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, this may delay dispatch slightly. We’ll always keep you updated by email if there are unexpected delays.
