I have returned an item but it has not yet been refunded.

Refunds are usually processed shortly after your return has been received and checked. Bank or card providers may then take a few working days to credit the amount.

If it has been more than 10 working days since you sent the parcel back, please contact our support team with your order number and, if possible, the return tracking number so we can investigate.
