How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email. This usually includes a tracking link or tracking number from the delivery partner.

You can also check the status of your order in your PetClaws account. Orders that are being prepared for shipping will show as “Processing”, and dispatched orders will be marked accordingly.
