My PayPal payment failed – what should I do?

If your PayPal payment fails, please check your PayPal account balance, linked bank cards and any notifications inside PayPal. Sometimes PayPal declines transactions for security reasons.

You can try again with PayPal or choose a different payment method at checkout. If you’re unsure whether your order went through, check your order history in your PetClaws account or contact customer service with your email and the approximate order time.
